  Shipment came in broken. I reached out prior to shipment and they confirmed it would be extra secure. They said I would be reimbursed since they had insurance. After that point I have been ghosted aka ignored every message I’ve sent. I have reached out to seller at least 5 times with no response. I spent a lot of money for a broken picture frame. I hope I can get my money back with credit card despute. If not civil case will be filed. Please do not do business with these people. Buyer beware
