OK but too expensive
Over the years Yakima has deteriorated. I once enthusiastically and almost blindly endorsed use of their products. However, although these, like a good portion of their equipment, do the job, the lack of forward and backward compatibility, especially the killing off of Whispbar forcing use of these, leaves customers holding the bag on many hundreds of dollars of stuff every time vehicles are switched. The astonishing expenses are why I rate these as not being good value.
