I've used the H4n for years and it's alw...

I've used the H4n for years and it's always been great. Easy to use, and it sounds fantastic. Use rubbing alcohol to remove sticky residue if the rubbery coating starts to break down.

If you need a music player, this is great.

This is pretty old, so it can't run most of the new software from the Apple Store, but if you are looking for a place to keep your music, this thing works great. I like to keep my classical collection in a different location from my other music (composer sort becomes a mess once multiple genres are lumped together), so I needed a device to store my classical library. I couldn't be happier with this little iPod - works great.

Better than the Zoom H4n

The recording quality is absolutely incredible. I have a Zoom H4n, and it's honestly not as good as this Tascam. I would recommend this over and over again.
