Elf chair covers
Ordered the elf chair covers and leg covers, got an assorted pack of chair covers which I didn't order, had to try and print off return label myself, couldn't do that, no paperwork inside to return with, and would have had to travel to a shop to return it!! In the end I gave up trying to print the label and kept the item. Not really happy that it's not easier to return it and had to keep something I didn't really want!
