Does the job and is a good value

What you see in the picture is exactly what you get. If you should do a bottom drain you will need an extra end cap. That is a bit pricey. I installed mine in a hard packed gravel driveway and line the sides with brick pavers. If done in concrete, I'm not sure how easy it would be to remove the snap in grates. I think I would put a 1/8" layer of foam at the very top sides to allow for some flex for the removal of the grates. In the past I've used the ones sold at Home Depot. They have screw in grates. They worked out very well but are more expensive. I Think this does the job and is a good value.

"Nice awning cover but impossible to tie on"

Bought it to replace a ten year old cover. The new cover fabric seems OK and fit well over my awning. The ties for tying the cover to the awning were only four inches long and made of some silky material. It was impossible to tie it down with these ties. If you 'were' able to make a not with these ties, they would not hold as they would just slip apart. The ties on my old cover were 12 inches long. I bought 20 ft 3/8' bungee cord and rapped it around the entire cover. Doesn't look to pretty but it holds. The manufacture should try using his product before he sells.

As good as new

Started first pull. Looks as good a quality as the original. It certainly is a good value. Time will tell.
