This is not a genuine OEM EveryDrop replacement. EveryDrop intentionally uses high-tolerance plastic extrusions for the OEM version. The plastic wings, as I will call them, are designed with a unique radius specifically to prevent counterfeiting. Because these wings are not properly radiused on this version, you will not be able to fully insert the filter. As a result, it will not lock into place, which can cause water to leak or run everywhere if you attempt to use it.
