its not bad - heavy and well made- but a single piece design would be superior - check out Harris stands
its a pretty good stand, but I have to say, the multiple part construction compared to the HARRIS stands is inferior. the two mounting points do move slightly - not enough to cause an issue, but its always going to be a design flaw with three parts connected into one.
