Hole cut in it.

It fit my seat fine but didn't have a place for my seat belt latch so i had to cut a hole in it.

Threw a pulley.

It would have been a better review if the bolts on top of the pulleys would have been tightened down in assembly at the manufacturer, as a result of them not being tight, I had one come loose and ruined the hole in the pulley where it connects to the spindle shaft and had to replace the pulley.
