GENUINE Apple Power Adapter
There are many fakes out there this one is legit. When you connect it to your laptop it takes a couple seconds for the power light to turn green, then a couple seconds more if it need to charge for it to turn orange. This is the correct behavior, if a charger does not behave this way it is fake.
You can also check the sticker under the power outlet adapter. If it doesn't match the color of the plastic it is fake.
Compare the language of the text on the sides of the power brick to known genuine Apple power adapters. The fake are good but they often mix elements of different genuine versions to form a combination that Apple never made.
Do a google search there are many pictures and video demonstrating these details.
