  My order # 11-13242 23718 The picture was original brand( original brand) items. But seller sent different items which I can buy cheaper price from other seller .but I had to keep the items seller sent because I need it. Now I want compensation for the different rate. I paid $45.99 but the item I received online price was $37.00 if I don’t get any compensation I will report to eBay .   Received FAKE tracking information ~ absolutely horrible seller!!! Do NOT buy from this account! eBay should do better too! Never received my product ~ still fighting for a refund 😡😡😡 would give negative 100 stars if I could! Again, NEVER received my order and tracking information shows some random Amazon return! Fraud seller but eBay protects this ~ I’ve provided receipts from UPS but still fighting for my money!

  VERY BAD!! I filed a claim with eBay because I never received my order (waited for a month) despite my claim, the seller told eBay I had received it. UPS proof shows it was delivered to another address, not mine. eBay closed the case, but I appealed for a refund. I cannot trust the seller anymore, as the package in the UPS photo was poorly packed in a thin black bag.
