Product came exactly as stated but the packaging was lacking. The flat rate box had broken open and the very thin plastic bag ruptured . The USPS put it in another bag and I don't think much was lost but a large part of the contents were in the second bag.
I would buy again but tell them to make sure the box is reinforced, you are dealing with the USPS after all.

If you have arthritis and need help to tie your shoes this is it.
It is better than expected because I didn't know what to expect. I needed something to make it easier to tie my shoes because of Arthritis and this works perfectly, after I ground the blunt end to a wedge shape, the blunt end would catch on the shoe laces and not slide under.
