Excellent replacement for standard DB25 screws
Excellent!
Bought these to replace the regular screws on a set of 4 DB25 - DB25 analog cables (audio recording gear). Unscrewed the DB25 casing, pulled the original flat screws out, put in the thumb screws, and reassembled the casing.
Discovered that my AMP DB25 metal hoods were a bit tight for these thumb screws at first try - very difficult to twist the thumb screws at all! Fixed it by lightly and slightly filing the pass-through in each half of the hood housing with very small, round metal file. Cleaned, reassembled, and no problems!!

Just what we needed!
Excellent!! Very useful.
Used for audio microphone overheads in location recordings, mounted on 13' light stands.
Fills the void of options between the very tall straight stands and the studio booms we carry.

Like 'em, Solid Hold
Like It! Does the job; they hold solid, and I appreciate the washers.
Definitely prefer them over rack screws with wider heads and a low profile.
