For Women to take charge of your health
Love this book. Has a lot of helpful information. So much so, I purchased the book of the same title so that I could follow along and high light any information I wanted to remember and keep track of. My eye condition does not allow me to read for lengthy periods of time, and this audio book is a huge help. The person reading it is very clear and makes it sound as if the author was reading it herself. The reader allows you to understand and feel the emotions of Dr. Low Dog. This is the best part of the audio book. THEN, when you add the numerous, easy to comprehend, and truly helpful prescriptions that Dr. Low Dog gives you at the end of each section, you the realize you have a great book in your possession!
