Very flexible
The thing I like about it is that you have almost infinite control over the "length" of the strap. You're not constrained by the holes in a conventional strap, you just cinch it up until it's comfortable, depending on the watch you happen to be wearing. As I have a small wrist, it helps to be able to precisely control the band.

Good buy
This is really a nice watch, particularly if you have a large wrist. Runs perfectly and is apparently well built.

Cart before the Horse
Easy installation, but make sure it's the regulator that's the problem before you replace it. In my case, it turned out to be a defective valve on the propane tank, not the regulator.
