sous vide on a budget
New to the sous vide world and did not want to get alot of money involved. bought this unit because of wattage and price. Found it easy to use and quite accurate. Also well built with SS and plastic with a nice legible LED display. Can't comment on durability for at least a year or a long duration cook time. I can say this, I cooked a cheap strip steak, medium rare and it came out perfect and very tender just as it claimed it would.

Seemed like a good idea for a alternative to a TV tray. Okay if you don't mind things sliding off. When you put the table up to the highest setting, the one you would use for eating, the table is far from level. It is not just one table, all four that I bought are that way. Had to redrill all the adjustment holes about 11/2 inches lower to level the table out. Probably why they were cheap.
