A must have cookbook in your kitchen!

If you are considering a Vegan diet or have already been cooking vegan for years, this book is a great addition to your library. The recipes are all relatively simple to prepare and most do not require ingredients that wouldn’t already be in your pantry. I’ve gifted this book to new vegans as well as friends who have cooked vegan for decades. Regardless of vegan cooking skill levels, this book has been a happy addition to many kitchens. Maybe you aren’t considering a total vegan diet but want to include a few more meals without meat, fish, eggs or dairy. This is the book for you, as well!

Excellent recipes and helpful information for Vegan cooking!

If you are new to Vegan cooking or have been cooking Vegan for a while, this book will add to your ingredient knowledge and expand your cooking and eating experience! I’ve already tagged numerous recipes to make in the near future. This book is a good one to add to your kitchen library. I have about 5 Vegan cookbooks that I carefully selected and they all compliment each other. The recipes are easy to follow and use mostly common ingredients, which is a big plus to me. I would definitely recommend this book.
