Beautiful film with the incomparable Gong Li -- a must own!
Beautiful film with the incomparable Gong Li starring as a woman who conceives a child with her husband's nephew in a tumultuous affair. Loved this film in the theater when it came out in 2006, and it still stands up on DVD. Highly recommended if you are a fan of Yimou Zhang's or Gong Li's films, which always verge on the erotic and provide moving, humanist stories of strong women suffering but overcoming the odds.

Fantastic Soul & R&B Compilation!
This set on vinyl makes for a perfect hour on a weekend of chilling out with friends, etc. One of my favorite RSD 2018 purchases this year!

Cheesy,dated, but fun movie for a quality 3D screening at home
This is a fun, cheesy, implausible shark-horror film that is quite dated but a lot of fun to watch, especially for the 3D effects, which are top-notch. If you would like a great white shark floating in your living room, swimming towards you with jaws bared, then this is the movie for you.
