  Wasn’t packed well causing more damage to product, wasn’t willing give partial refund, kept telling me to contact usps, usps will only work with shipper on insurance claims, kept saying he doesn’t give refunds. He was quick to respond. I think he is a good guy. It was a bad situation.

  Overcharge for shipping he then also put flat rate envelope shipping tag on package also so I had to pay extra $40.01 just to pick it up from post office he will not refund me any shipping costs I will never buy anything from this seller again RIPPED OFF I did not want to return idem for full refund he also charged me full shipping on another two idens but put them in sane box broken parts
