Correct fit and function, but not stainless steel.
Item should function properly but will corrode prematurely. I checked with Earthway and the part should indeed be stainless steel, not regular steel. At $8 price point and advertised in listing specifically as "Earthway" BRAND, I was expecting stainless steel. Even if OEM, it still should have been made to manufacturer's specs, which is stainless. I need the pin so I'm not going through the trouble to return it, but I'm going to make sure I order a stainless one next time.

Inferior Quality
Bought this to replace the original bag on my Craftsman blower/vac which lasted over 10 years. After 2 months of residential use, the bugle attachment that feeds the bag wore right through the bag. It took 10 years for this to happen with the original one. See photo. I put a piece of colored paper on the inside for contrast. I know it looks old, but it took on dirt quickly because I've used it weekly for the past 2 months, but it IS the one I just bought. You can see it still has the creases from original packing.
