Were these used?

These batteries were Duracell Optimum as described - but when I tested them on my battery tester they almost all did not go to the full three bars that brand new batteries register. This makes me wonder if they were either very old or partially used. I will keep them because of the very good price but still have that question. It does appear that the price could have been too good to be completely true.

The right choice for no undue flash but reliable timekeeping.
Keeps excellent time, light and easy on the wrist, serious men's watch without trying to show off - just good quality where it matters, best night time vision I have ever seen. This watch shows that the owner values a fine instrument - not a flashy costume.
