A very good snare drum for the money.

Well first off I am more a fan of 5.5 deep snares than the 6.5 depths. Or even piccolo sizes. This drum however has a very pleasing sound considering it's deeper size. It tunes up nice and has a sound that would fit into any style of music.

Killer Snare!

I just recently purchased this 4 x 14 inch piccolo snare by Tama and I will say I am as always impressed with the craftsmanship and the sound this snare delivers. I needed a versatile snare that could handle alot of styles of music yet have the cut to be heard or be played lightly when sensitivity is an issue. This snare will do it all.
