Disc changer mechanism was not functioning upon receipt. Seller was excellent. Immediately accepted return, and refunded without questions. I recommend because of excellent service, even though the used product was not functioning. I have had a long experience with several of this model cd changer. The transport mechanism is their weak link.

Excellent MP3 Player if you can forgo apps

I have had my Zune HD ever since it was released and NOT ONE SINGLE ISSUE to his date. It is very user friendly and performs well even in the most difficult of situations. I say so because I took it during my vacation in Africa and I must say I malhandled it many times with no problem. Wish there were more apps and that Microsoft continued to improve on it. I am not comparing it to apple's MP3s because I don't have experience with their products but I can say that in terms of durability and functionality this Zune HD is superb.
