It's okay, but not the revelation some make it out to be
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. In optics, you ALWAYS get what you pay for. If you expect this to give you the same results you would get from using a dedicated, high quality wide angle lens, you're in for some disappointment. That said, most people would probably not notice a huge difference. So if the number of times you have a need for that extra "step back" is limited, and if you're mostly using this for video, it's well worth the money. The step up ring that was shipped with mine was garbage, the thread just kept turning and never held on on the bigger side. I got a quality step up ring to replace it. No catastrophe, just a reminder that this is not a high end product. How could it be, at this price?

Didn't work for me
I took the risk, being pretty sure in advance that these wouldn't do it for me. Well, they didn't. The wire is very hard, making it impossible to adjust them to your finger thickness without completely bending them out of shape. There is no clearly defined point of attack, leaving you with mushy, badly defined notes. Instead of picking the string, you're just vaguely dragging some wire across it. There's a learning curve associated with all kinds of finger picks, but these didn't show any promise even after hours of trying. Kudos to the inventor for coming up with an idea that looks promising in a photo. Too bad his product is a joke.

Fits and works on Epiphone 355
I'm in the process of pimping an Epiphone 335pro. Still can't believe this amazing value. The plastic PU frames were flimsy, replaced those with chrome-latex metal ones, and this toggle switch tip was the little additional touch to turn this guitar into the looker it is today. Fits the EPI switch's thread perfectly, works like a charm and looks like a million damn bucks.
