Good lamp, but had to make repairs to it.

The lamp looked good upon delivery, but I immediately noticed the reflector rattling. Upon inspection, I noticed that one of it's ball studs had popped out of it's socket in shipment. Luckily, I was able to snap it back in through one of the access doors in the rear of the assembly. As far as the beam pattern, it has a bit of a hot spot too. Otherwise, at $150, it was much cheaper than the $800 that my dealership wanted for the replacement. There are also several Youtube videos on how to do the replacement.
