Phone does not work

The phone does not work properly. It seems very slow going between pages and opening apps. It will not accept an eSIM code and now the sim card won't be acknowledged by it. I've tried so many options and have been troubleshooting for days and now after I restarted it for the tenth time the touchscreen does not work. I don't know what's wrong with it but I couldn't be unhappier with this purchase.
