  Received product in a timely manner, however it was packed in a box with only a couple scraps of cardboard and a deflated air bubble as packing material. The unit was just bouncing around the box. Terrible shipping. Also, no power cord included. The listing didn't specifically mention the power cord either way, but to buy electronics for almost $200 and not include the power cord is unprofessional if not mentioned it was missing power cord. Only $10 to buy but why should I have to?
