  I got the item and it was not as described. It was dirty, used, and definitely NOT new. No big deal. I did return the item and ultimately got a refund but this was only after the seller claimed there was no item in their return. It was unusual but I did pack the item in the box when I took it to the post office. I only found out when I noticed an email and the seller did not reach out or tell me about contacting the post office to see what happened or show the box for tampering. It was odd. :-(
