Slug it down
Was taking capsules, which bothered my tummy. This is simpler. I put about one knuckle deep water in a cup, add my tsp of powder, mix till incorporated, slug it down, then put water into cup to catch anything left behind, slug that down, voila.
If you notice a peppery sensation in throat the rinse water (2nd water) washes that away. Feels like it is of high quality, energy level is good and steady.

Divine feminine energy poster
She's lovely, such impact on the feel in the room. Absinthe makes my heart grow fonder. I am so glad to have this gorgeous poster and I move her about to shift the energy. I love this poster.

Just right size for taping meetings
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I use these to tape meetings so I can go back later and pick up small details that would be missed had I been taking notes. It frees me up to pay full attention.
These tapes are hard to find bc stores have discontinued carrying them. Good value. Happy with my purchase.
