Well engineered.
Well engineered. Good glass mirror. Made in USA! There are a few small parts that are easy to loose and assembly isn't the easiest thing to do.

good light. good price.
Bright enough for daytime use if it's aimed correctly. Switch seems to work better than earlier versions. Can be mounted without tools. Looks like rubber seal might not work perfectly though. For rainy weather, device can be protected using a baggie secured with a twist tie.

Seems to solve my problem
Works well. I had to improvise a cable to attach device to my new AT&T fiber optic terminal. Hopefully it will keep my land line and UPS equipped modem going when power goes out.
