Just as effective as more expensive bits
I have been spending £17 each on diamond tipped drill bits from a well-known supplier to drill 8mm holes in fired ceramic plates. It took me 1 hour and 40 minutes to drill through one plate. So I thought let's try something cheaper, and it took 35 minutes to drill through the same plate. It is, as they say, a no brainer.
