Simple, relatively inexpensive, look pretty good
The lights must be adhered to a surface. They will not stand on their own. The wires are designed to go down through a hole in the table; there is no slot to bring them out to the side. The lights are fine for a permanent layout. They are quite inexpensive.

Great, BUT only one drive whee.
There is a design issue with this crane that has proved somewhat problematical. There are 4 small wheels with rather small flanges, but only ONE of them is a driving wheel! Therefore any drag causes the crane to want to pivot around that wheel and derail one or more of the others. The turret rotation is rather fast, also, but other than that, it's a great improvement over the original one of 70 years ago!

Not a proper replacement for the 1023E quick disconnects under the front of the foot floor.
As it turns out, these are not quite exact replacements for the couplers on the 1023E. The threaded end of these couplers has a slightly smaller outside diameter than the OEM parts and when installed these are loose in the baffle that they pass through and thus are not properly supported by that baffle. The hose end is fine, as are the threads for the connection to the hydraulic line; they just are not proper replacements for the original equipment ones.
