Bad design to cause discomfort
The design is not a good fit for sleeping! This matress causes cervical tension and stiff shoulder, very uncomfortable!!

Bad Connectivity and unauthorized Charge
The connectivity is worse than what it was,also made unauthorized charge from customer's card they requied to added! Scam! Get away!!
