Life saver for shin splints

I wear one of these on each leg every single time I run or ice skate. My arches fell a few years ago and I'd develop shin splints really easily. Skating and running was impossible until I started wearing these compression sleeves. Pair with magnesium oil massage on the front shins ~1 hour prior to exercise for maximum relief (I keep a bottle in my gear bag!). Great value and works every time. I feel so much better now that I can regularly exercise again. I'm under 5'6 and have medium calves for my height, and the medium fits me fine. I'm sure someone else can provide better numbers re: circumference. I got the heads up about these from a coach and have not looked back. I have completely stopped having shin splints when I wear these.
