The best modem currently available for fastest speeds

At this time there are only 2 Docsis 3.1 cable modems made with as many download and upload channels. That's the reason you get faster speeds even if you are not paying for the whole 9 yards of speed. This modem will be able to support Gig speeds once your ISP is delivering that level of service. Note - it is silly to have a cheap wireless router if you are getting this particular modem. You want to pair it with whatever high end Netgear wireless router that Netgear is making at the time you replace your router. Additional Note - replace cable modems and routers roughly every 4 years.

This is a Superior pizza cutter

I cut pizza 4 times a week and got sick of not being able to easily clean the pizza cutter. This one is strong and comes apart easily once you figure it out so all of the parts can get clean in the dishwasher. It is ergonomically better than a pizza cutter with a regular handle and you feel the depth of the pizza as you are cutting through it. its value is more than the cost and I recommend this to everyone.
