Bad MS card

It was a very very great disappointment for me. I bought it for my grandchild's Sony DSC-W190. The machine writes after anytime inserted the card: "Reinsert the Memory Stick". I tried it to put into my Sony A580. The same result. The card doesn't operate. As I don't know how to send back the card, our cat is playing with the card. I'm very very sorry.
