Good hardware. The "bonus" software isn't worth getting a new one.
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. The hardware is quite nice as far as my experience goes. I don't have anything fancy, and it sounds good without any noise - much better than the cheap USB adapter I was using. It supports high sampling rates and low latency with ASIO drivers. It's powered over USB, so you get one fewer cable.
The software to control the 4i4 is nice enough, although it did take me a moment to figure out what exactly it's doing.
I wanted to get a new one so I could use the bonus software it is bundled with, but it doesn't seem like that was worth it. The free software out there is as good or better than this and then you don't have to deal with weird licensing programs. A used one for cheaper without the software bundle would have been fine.
