Great value
This is a very good book to help someone who has been involved in activities that doesn't honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is a great workbook. I purchased it for someone else.

Awesome product
I purchased FINDING HOPE AGAIN: OVERCOMING DEPRESSION as a gift and also for my information. I have actually purchased 3 of these books. I find that it is written in language that is easily understood and with detailed informtion to help one identify their problems and certainly find help in overcoming all the obstacles that has caused depression and hopelessness.
I haven't read many other books concerning depression, but I have read several of Neil Anderson's books. He is a great author and evidently a very godly man.
