Very durable!
It might seem like these air pumps are a bit pricey, but with a little care they will last for years. A cheap pump will probably quit the first time it gets some salt water on it, not these. I have accidently dropped them into salt water and a quick rinse with fresh water and replacement of the batteries and they're good to go. I had one fall into a bait bucket full of pinfish and it continued to run completely immersed in salt water for a good five minutes. I pulled it out and it never stopped running until an hour later when the batteries shorted out. Replaced the batteries and it kept on running. Great product, but avoid their other pumps such as Quiet Bubbles and Hush Bubbles, they are basically worthless.
