Might damage your chip, can be moded to work with soldering skills.
It puts out 5V on a line that should be 3.3 for programming many BIOS chips. It's probably fine, but if you want to be careful, you will need to do a soldering job to convert the voltage to a safe level. Do some research and decide for yourself.
I did the mod, and it worked find for my purposes. Wish that the quality was a bit better, but for the price, if you know what you are getting into it's fine. If you aren't worried about the risk of frying your chip, go for it, otherwise look for a nicer programmer.
