This is a great set!
The official LEGO Black Pearl has long been retired, and to purchase a new one, still in box, would make most wallets hurt the next day. This was a great purchase and there wasn’t a single problem with the build; all the pieces were there, and none of them were deformed. Quality product.

Great set from this series
Although there are some parts of this build that shows the set’s age, the overall construct is well engineered and aesthetically pleasing. It’s about 14 inches long (~35cm) so it may be a little hard for some to display, but I made do and it looks great.

Great for a collection or for kids
This set is several years old, but it holds up. The Ultra Agents line, though short lived, was very high quality and had several clever building techniques utilized in each set. More importantly they are neat to look at once the set is finished. I would imagine that this particular item would have a lot of play value for someone with that interest, so this set really hits those notes well. Some listings may be on the expensive side, but when comparing to original price, it may be worth it.
