the title says it all!
it is what it says: a collection of silly jokes targeting primary school kids... and does very well at it.

Turing defined, and then built a computer; the cathedral implies both hallowed space and learning.
This book is difficult and exciting... especially for older readers who have first-hand memories of [in no particular order] the Great Depression, World War II, Los Alamos, Albert Einstein, the atomic bomb, Jewish expulsion, the extermination camps, the evolution of computers, propeller aircraft, and global communications. It helps younger readers that there was a recent film on Alan Turing's contribution to the WWII effort and beyond. However, younger readers may also be put off by all the name dropping of people, places and events. For those who persevere, it is worth the effort.
