An ounce of prevention
Decided to change plugs and coils at 112,500 miles. No issues but I prefer to do preventative maintenance on all my vehicles. Just changed these seals since I had to remove the intake for access. Another ounce of prevention to guard against any potential vacuum leak.

Found this to replace the exact system I installed on my truck wheels 30 years ago. The old nuts are fine, albeit with a little rust. The special key is rusting away.

Fits perfectly when you upgrade your mini thermostat housing to a unit with the sensor in the housing. Eliminates the leaking, right angle cast aluminum elbow that houses the temp sender. Also need wiring adapters when going to this new housing.
