A pretty good launch indicator
Was able to use my SC-100 twice during weather breaks. Overall I was pleased with the performance. I did have to replace the battery in the remote however. Set up level, in-line and about 5 feet from the tee, it recorded probably 80% or 85% of my shots. I thought swing speed measurement (80 mph)was lower than I regularly attain but maybe, at 73 years, I'm slower than I thought. Carry distance was 10 to 20 yards shorter than that measured with a laser range finder. In 40 degree weather, the compression on a golf ball is much reduced and that may account for the distance variation. Smash factor seems to me to be the most important aspect of measurement, definitely recording when the ball was struck squarely and in the middle of the club face. Can't wait to use the SC-100 in warmer weather. Swing speed is probably slower wearing multiple layers for warmth. Overall, I like my launch monitor and will compare the data to trackman in the spring. It's a nice instant feed back on each swing though the preset lofts don't always correspond with my clubs.

Relief for an old back
The halo pick up makes retrieving my golf ball easy, from the hole or for cleaning on the green. That's 18 to 25 times per round that my 75 yo back can remain vertical. The halo is simple, effective and unlike some plastic retrievers, durable.. Highly recommend.

Works great and doesn’t take much storage room
An inexpensive way to get an instant temperature readout when cooking food. Worked great on our Thanksgiving turkey! Compact so It doesn’t take much room in the utensil drawer.
