The grommet was not the correct size for...
The grommet was not the correct size for my miller Bobcat, had to use the old one.

Unreliable operation of the rotor pawls
The product is not as robust as the original OEM part which might have been okay if it operated correctly. One of the plastic rotor pawls doesn't open consistently or fully when you pull the cord and when it does it doesn't retract smoothly. I was checking the operation before installing and noticed the problem right away so I never even installed it.
