    The die cast arrived with one wheel broken and additional parts had been snapped off. The shipping package was not damaged. However the seller simply wrapped the packaging around the manufacturers clear plastic display case. I would like to ship this unit back with the expectation that I’m refunded the full purchase price along with the cost to ship this unit back I will provide the supplier with a grade based on his actions.

Good product
The pads did not fit right they were a little rusty. I had to file them to make them fit properly did not seem like new stock or maybe they were seconds!

They are not as good as original ones on my cabinets they are very thin and need to be thicker cabinet doors still slam shut
