  This seller went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. I purchased a computer that not only met but exceeded the expectations of the listing. The seller is incredibly kind, ateentive, and truly listens to yours needs. We faced an issue where a scammer tried to change the address but we quickly worked together to resolve it.   Don't buy from this seller. He's a scammer. He shows photos where the details aren't visible. They're dented and open, and he says it's normal wear and tear. The battery doesn't work. He says he'll replace it. The description says it does it automatically, but he didn't include that description. Be careful with this scammer. He seems like he's a parts repairer.

  i said if you weren't being extremely belligerent, i would help you do a reutrn on that battery if you feel it is defective and get you a new one being that i purchased that battery brand new shortly before you bought it....despite the pictures in the listing for the laptop clearly show the battery is fine both plugged in and unplugged. i have multiple sales on here for laptops and as you can see by the feedback i go above and beyond to ensure buyers are happy.
