Vitamin c drops for Guinea pigs

It does not cool as described, a fan works better! Save your money! Not a good product at all!!!
We plugged this in and set up as described, unless your face was right up to it you felt nothing! It was a waste of money and we should have bought a turbo fan instead! It does not work as described at all!!!!! Save your $$$$$$$$$$$$$ plus it totally leaked all over my night stand and caused serious water stains on the wood!!!!!!
