decent effort by Bose, despite themselves
3 personnes sur 5 ont jugé cet avis utile. I already own the small and very good Bose blue-tooth speaker. That said, this product is quite decent. It's noise cancellation is just behind the Apple II airpods. The dozen or so ambient sounds are OK. I have bad tinnitus and it was difficult finding the right pitch with any of the provided ambient sounds, to help negate the tinnitus. The physical buds are nicely designed. The provided cable only charges from my laptop. WTF? I call Bose and their Google searched web number works but their automated service system doesn't. WTF? Then I call customer service and they won't answer even my most general questions without knowing my sleepbud's serial number. WTF. Apple sets a very high bar - in comparison, these folks are still minor league.
