A great find!
Overall the manga itself is nice! Good art, competent writing, and although it doesnt bring anything groundbreaking to the table, it does do what it does well. If you like collecting OOP manga, and Yaoi in particular, this one is really nice to have for the $20 to $30 you usually see it for. Any more and I'd say wait and find one a bit cheaper, but it's a little on the rare side if uncommon so keep that in mind.

Decent Edition
A nice layout and excellent readability makes this edition a nice replacement if you don't feel like buying the latest edition. It's newer so it isn't outdated, but not so new you have to pay a ton for it.

Good fit!
Good sleeves! A bit loose but not in any way thats a game changer. They may just be looser just because theyre side fit and therefore have a bigger hole and just seem that way. Great regardless! Its my favorite brand of card sleeves.
