Almost as good as the 2605
4 personnes sur 5 ont jugé cet avis utile. Bought the 2805 to replace the old 2605. Oklahoma sun and wind is hard on plastic. I lost 3 channels with the 2805. And loose more when it clouds up...ones that the HD-2605 stayed locked on. Furthest stations are 90 miles away, that I get clean in the daytime. I loose 14 of the far ones during the day with the 2805, only 6 with the 2605. I'm replacing it with another 2605, but putting the 2805 on my son's house. The extra bonus accessories were nice. All the "what can I get" sites list I will get 20 channels but the 2805 is getting 50, the 2605 gets 54...for my situation. 30 ft above ground mast. The stations are in 4 different directions, 38 miles @ 209deg, 55 and 60 miles @ 185 deg, 85 and 90 miles away @ 33 and 34 deg, and PBS repeater 8 miles to side at 100 deg. I leave it aimed at the furthest station.
My old 2605 antenna was getting worn out and would wobble in the wind, the new 2805 is very solid.

not quite omni-directional
3 personnes sur 4 ont jugé cet avis utile. Very easy to set up. If turned just the right way, can get channels 85 miles away. I had to "aim" it to get the channels 40 miles away in a different direction...when turned where could get the 85 miles away ones, the others would break-up or not be there. I said "Yes" to does it perform well because I was able to get the distant Channels but had hoped it would do so in all directions.
